Rigid Cell Filter
The Rigid Cell Filter is an extended surface medium and high efficiency rigid air filter. These are available in Merv 14, Merv 13, Merv 11 and Merv 9. The filter media consists of high quality synthetic media, which forms a lofted filter blanket. This blanket is laminated to a high strength, reinforced backing. The media is then continuously bonded to an expanded metal support grid and is shaped into a wedge design, assuring maximum utilization of the filter media. The pleated filter media is reinforced and stabilized through the use of pleat spacers. The pad is enclosed in a corrosion resistant galvanized steel frame or a heavy plastic frame, depending upon the application. Headers are available upon request. This filter has been engineered to provide high efficiency filtration combined with prolonged life cycles. It is an ideal choice for variable air volume systems. Available in 6” and 12” depths.
Dura Pak (bag filter)
The Dura Pak Bag Filter is available in Merv 14, Merv 13, Merv 11 and Merv 9. This bag filter is an extended surface, high capacity air filter, consisting of multiple sewn pockets sported by a corrosive resistant galvanized header frame. The Filter is completely self-supporting and ready for installation. Designed for use in areas that demand the highest degree of air cleanliness including hospitals, schools, industrial facilities and office complexes. The pockets are constructed of a high efficiency synthetic media, sewn with an expanded stitch to maintain accurate media spacing. Each stitch is sealed with a hot melt sealant. The edges of each pocket are sealed with an overlook stitch for extra durability. Available with a unique header design to assure maximum strength and provide a more positive seal. Multiple widths, heights and depths are available.
The ASHRAE Filter is a HEPA type filter, available in Merv 14, Merv 13 and Merv 11. The filter is constructed of high strength, water resistant, glass micro-fiber paper in a pleated design. A corrugated aluminum separator is placed between each pleat, to prevent the pleats from touching. The media pack is installed into a heavy 24 ga. galvanized steel enclosure frame. A sealant is then applied to provide a positive seal between the media and the frame. The ASHRAE filter provides high efficiency filtration where clean air environment is a necessity. This includes, hospitals, laboratories, office buildings, food and beverage processing plants, and other applications that require high efficiency without needing the DOP rating. Available in 6” and 12” depths, 12 x 24 and 24 x 24 in each Merv rating. Headers available upon request.
The HEPA Filter is a DOP rated filter, available in both 95% and 99.97%. The filter consists of ¾” particle board sides, micro fiberglass media, aluminum separators, and a rubber based adhesive. Face gasketing is provided on one side. The HEPA filter is primarily used in a contaminant free environment. Each individual filter is DOP (Dioctyl Phthalate) tested. Available with double gaskets, fire retardant flake board, Galvanized and Aluminum metal frame plus headers.
Auto Rolls are available in both high loft gradient density glass and non-glass synthetic replacement rolls. Designed for deep dirt penetration as well as high filtration efficiency. Equipped with a five foot, double stitched, paper leader and trailer which allows for easier handling and installation. Available in multiple sizes and core types. These auto rolls are designed for air handing units that support an automatic roll media.
Woven & Felt Filter Bags
Woven Filter bags are made from multifilament mesh and monofilament nylon. Multifilament mesh is a woven fabric with each thread made of many smaller diameter threads twisted together. Monofilament nylon is a woven fabric made with a single continuous untwisted thread. Made into bags, these filters fit over motors and other areas that need to keep dust and dirt out of a machine.Non Woven (Felts) are bags made from polyester or polypropylene fibers. These Medias, due to their construction, cannot be cleaned or reused. These filters offer depth filtration as the dirt particulates must follow torturous paths in order to pass through the media wall. Multiple pad widths and depths are available in the bags.
