FIBERGLASS PAINT ARRESTOR

This 2 1/2" FIBERGLASS PAINT ARRESTOR material is high loft fiberglass media which is relatively open at the face and gets progressively denser toward the back. This allows paint overspray to penetrate all the way to the back of the pad, virtually eliminating face loading and clogging. Uniform accumulation from back to front permits the filter to hold more paint with fewer replacements.

The media soaks up overspray and other airborne solids. This media prevents paint damage to external surroundings, plus there is no splatter or bounce back so booths stay cleaner. There are no troublesome paint emissions, fewer maintenance cleanups and the media reduces down time for filter changes.

Classified by UL Inc., this is the perfect solution when used with a Smith S-76 Holding Frame.

PAPER PAINT ARRESTOR

The PAPER PAINT ARRESTOR is made of Kraft paper which has been expanded and sewn into a multilayered pad. Kraft paper is fibrous, tough and treated for fire retardation. This paint arrestor media has a surprising amount of strength plus an exceptional loading capacity and collection efficiency.

The PAPER PAINT ARRESTOR has layers arranged for maximum contact between the overspray particles and the baffles within the pad itself.

The whole holding frame set up is available including separating grids and support rods.

"SUPRA" PAPER PAINT ARRESTOR

Also available in "SUPRA", a multi-layered media which has a 99.5% efficiency on "high solids". This multi-layered media increases efficiency and holds down maintenance costs.
