AUTOMATIC ROLLS

Fiberglass Rolls: High loft gradient density glass promotes deep dirt penetration assuring high dirt-holding capacity in conjunction with high filtration efficiency. Use of continuous filaments eliminates fiber break off. The fiberglass material is tinted blue and evenly coated with adhesive to help collect the finer dust particles. The flash point is 450 degrees F.

Synthetic Rolls: These are known to have a slightly higher efficiency than fiberglass. Synthetic media also doesn't have binder migration. This media is virtually free of fiber break off making it the perfect solution for kitchens, cafeterias, computer rooms and other areas that require extra clean air.

Each AUTOMATIC ROLL is equipped with a 5' double stitched heavy duty kraft paper leader and trailer for easy handling and installation. All rolls are 65' long, 2" (plus) thick.

BAG FILTER

Available in 40%, 65%, 85%, and 95%, this heavy duty bag is held together with a ribbed, galvanized steel frame and each pocket is separately secured to the frame to assure a leak proof system. These frames are held together inside a U-Channel header to assure maximum support.

The media is double stitched to withstand higher-than-average airflow. This stitching is then sealed with hot-melt adhesive to prevent air by-pass. Inside each pocket is a unique semi-tapered design which minimizes pressure drop. The design also assures uniform dust loading so each pocket contributes its full share to the overall filter. Covering the media is a no-woven backing that protects against tearing as well as moisture.

Each BAG FILTER is rated for flammability by UL. These bags are frequently tested in accordance with ASHRAE standard 52-76.
