S-76 (Pad Holding Frame)

The Smith S-76 PAD HOLDING FRAME is made from Galvanized Steel, commercially known as Hot Dip G-90 gauge. The expanded pad is secured on one side and is made from Hot Dip G-90 Galvanized Steel 28 Gauge in thickness expanded through .055 feed. This filter was designed to hold a filtering pad in place with the help of a cross wire or hinged Gate, both made from Galvanized wire. A variety of media can be used in the S-76 PAD HOLDING FRAME, including Fiberglass, Polyester, Pleats, Hog Hair and Foam. 1x1 wire available upon request. Also available in Aluminum and 304 Stainless Steel.

NS-100 (Filter Holding Frame)

A Heavy 16 gauge Galvanized Steel is used to make up the NS-100 FILTER HOLDING FRAME. An interlocking lip construction provides a solid, durable filter bank, plus makes it easy to erect. Lip construction on two sides of the frame join with male sides of adjacent frames for rigidity. Included with the NS-100 FILTER HOLDING FRAME. is a foam gasket hot glued into the inner frame which helps prevent air seepage. Galvanized Ludwig clips are also included in the frame. Frame also available in Aluminum.

NS-50 (Filter Holding Frame)

The NS-50 FILTER HOLDING FRAME is made from 16 gauge Galvanized Steel. The straight sides (not interlocking like the NS-100) allow for rigid installation of smaller filter banks. Sides can be bolted together or welded. Ludwig clips and gaskets are not included with the NS-50 FILTER HOLDING FRAME but can be added upon request. Also available in Aluminum and Stainless Steel. This holding frame is the perfect solution for paint booths, filter walls and other applications that call for a heavy frame to support a filter.
