designed many of the filters you find at Smith Filter.
Vice President. Specializing in the creation and design of all marketing literature and advertising, as well as
taking care of the benefit programs that Smith Filter carries for their employees.
Secretary/Treasurer. In charge of the orders, to assure they are correct before reaching the floor, she also takes care of the
Smith Representatives as well as the returns and the credit applications.
Sales Manager (Started 1992) NAFA Certified Air Filter Specialist. Trained by NAFA (National Air Filter Association) in the
technical field of filters, Jim can help with questions you may have about the filters as well as pricing questions.
NAFA Certified Air Filter Specialist (Started 1991, Sales 1998) Also trained by NAFA, Shane has the knowledge needed to solve your filter questions.
Sales and Customer Service (Started 1996) Christine divides her time between Sales, billing and customer service.
Shop Foreman. (Started in 1967). Smith Filter's Engineer, Gary designs the machines that produce many of the
filters manufactured. He oversees the entire manufacturing operation, making sure it runs smoothly.
Craig Porter
Shipping Manager. (Started 1974). His years of training has given him the ability to choose the most cost effective
way of shipping available to our customers. He is also in charge of quality control before the filters are shipped.
Office Manager. (Started 1981). Nancy's responsibilities include accounts receivable, accounts payable, and collecting overdue accounts.
